Removal of capping of CPD points

After much discussion and the formation of a sub-committee it has been decided that the current structure of allocation of CPD points was not as advantageous to pest controllers that were investing in many hours of professional development. With the previous model, points were capped at 60 points for any given event whether it is 1, 2 or 3 day event. The problem with this is that you may attend all sessions over the 3 day conference which exceed the 60 points but due to the current structure you only receive 60 points. To encourage further development of all pest controllers the existing CPD training capping has been removed as of 1 January 2010.
